Voting Rights Policy Statement
The purpose of the Voting Rights Policy is to lay down the principles applied by Generali Investment Luxembourg S.A. to delegate to the appointed Custodian Bank and Investment Managers the exercise of voting rights attached to securities held in the Fund portfolio.
Generali Investment Luxembourg S.A. implements this policy in view of preserving the interests of the Fund and ensuring that the manner in which the securities are voted on are in the best interest of the Fund and in adherence to the investment policy of the Fund. Best Execution Policy Statement
The Management Company has established and maintains an appropriate and documented Best Execution Policy, which determines how it acts in the investors’ best interests when placing or sending orders as part of fund management services. Remuneration Policy Statement
The Management Company has designed and implemented a Remuneration Policy which is consistent with and promotes sound and effective risk management by having a business model which by its nature does not promote excessive risk taking that is inconsistent with the risk profile of the Fund. The Management Company’s remuneration policy integrates governance, pay structure and risk alignment rules that are designed to be consistent with the business strategy, objectives, values and interests of the Management Company, the Fund and the unitholders in the Fund, and includes measures to avoid conflicts of interest.
